We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not satisfied for any reason not related to a fault, you can request a return or exchange.

- You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To start a return or exchange, please email us to register your request. Once approved, we will send you a instruction and you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
- We offer free exchange (subject to availability).
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and parts.
Return Costs
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
- If your item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return.
- Proof of the fault will be required.
Change of Mind / Not Faulty
- If you return an item for any reason other than a fault, the return shipping cost of £8 will be deducted from your refund.
Made-to-order or Bulky Items (e.g., ceramic stools)
- These items are returnable under the same conditions as mentioned above.
- Please note that the processing time for these returns may be longer due to handling and inspection requirements.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
- if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- After 30 days, we will offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
- We will cover all return costs for faulty or misdescribed products.
