Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or are not satisfied for any reason not related to a fault, you can request a return or exchange.

Your Right to Return or Exchange

  • You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To start a return or exchange, please email us to register your request. Once approved, we will send you a instruction and you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
  • We offer free exchange (subject to availability). 
  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging and parts.

Return Costs

Faulty or Misdescribed Items

  • If your item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return. 
  • Proof of the fault will be required. 

Change of Mind / Not Faulty

  • If you return an item for any reason other than a fault, the return shipping cost of £8 will be deducted from your refund.

Made-to-order or Bulky Items (e.g., ceramic stools) 

  • These items are returnable under the same conditions as mentioned above. 
  • Please note that the processing time for these returns may be longer due to handling and inspection requirements. 

Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will refund the product price plus the original shipping cost. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item and credited to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3-5 business days to process the funds. 
  • If returned items are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use beyond what is necessary for inspection, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item. The credit will be applied to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank. 

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • After 30 days, we will offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
  • We will cover all return costs for faulty or misdescribed products.
