These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from us. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments through our checkout system.

3. Made-to-Order Items

Some of our products, including most ceramic stools, are made to order. These pieces are individually handcrafted, and production begins once your order is confirmed.

  • Estimated production and delivery time: up to 60 days from the order date.
  • You will receive updates at key stages, including confirmation when your item is ready to ship.
  • If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, they may be shipped separately.
  • We will contact you if any exceptional delays occur beyond the stated timeframe.

We appreciate your patience for these artisan-made pieces, which require time to craft to the highest standards.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (except for made-to-order items).

Delivery Time:
Shipping times range from 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.

Delivery Services:
We use DPD for most standard-sized items such as teaware and wall art. For larger or bulky items (e.g. ceramic stools), we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

Shipping Rates:
Standard delivery: £8
Free shipping on orders over £60

International Shipping:
We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

5. Cancellations and Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, please contact us in writing at master@hoglane.co.uk.

Orders that have not yet been dispatched may be cancelled immediately. For made-to-order items, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel a custom order.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're unsatisfied for any non-fault-related reason:

  • You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition, including all packaging and components.
  • You will receive a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, provided the return request is made within the 14-day cancellation window.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product fault or our error.
  • If returned items are incomplete, damaged, or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item, or proof of return, whichever comes first.
  • Please contact us before returning any items at master@hoglane.co.uk.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty or not as described:

  • You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • After this period, we may offer a replacement or repair as appropriate.
  • Contact us at master@hoglane.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Keep all original packaging and components for inspection.
  • Do not file a claim with the shipping courier—we will handle the matter on your behalf.

8. Missing or Undelivered Items

If your tracking shows the order was delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier.
  • If the parcel cannot be recovered, and the delivery location was not explicitly authorised by you (e.g. “safe place”), we will take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including product images, text, logos, and designs—is the property of hog lane and may not be reproduced or used without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
